I’m pretty sure that when Eva Cassidy wrote that God blesses the child who “got his own,”

she was not referring to authors. Writing the book that you now hold in your hands was cer-

tainly due to my efforts, but it never would have happened without certain people.

produce this book. Willem offered much guidance and an understanding of the human condi-
